On the Radio Reference forums there was a recent discussion about CONELRAD markings on radios.  These markings were "required" from 1953 to 1963, they were near universal on BC radios of the time period, but it seems some general coverage communications radios had them and some did not.  This is a quick look through my collection at general coverage communications radios from around the right time period (I targeted 1952 to 1968, and radios overlapping those years), and their CONELRAD marking status.
